Subscription and Wallet
Last updated 5 Sep 2026Two billing modes
Subscriptions cover what's included in your plan (monthly platform-routed AI allowance, support tier). When you exceed your included allowance, additional usage is paid from your Wallet — prepaid credit you top up. Wallet balance does not expire and is refundable within 90 days of purchase.
Plan structure
Free / Starter / Pro / Business / Enterprise. Each plan declares: monthly allowance, trial days, grace days, supported capabilities, supported modes, feature limits.
Reading the bill
Settings → Billing → Usage shows every AI call as a row in your ledger, with: timestamp, provider, model, capability, pricing unit, unit count, cost in USD and in local currency (with the FX rate captured at execution time). Filter by date, model, or workflow to investigate any specific spend.
Top-up flow
Wallet top-up amounts: $5, $25, $100, custom up to $10,000. Polar handles the checkout, VAT calculation, and receipt. The credit appears in your Wallet immediately. We do not auto-debit your card unless you opt in to "low-balance auto top-up" in Settings → Billing.
If your bank charges slightly more than the receipt
App Store and Google Play purchases are charged by Apple / Google, not by ToRun. Some banks add their own international-transaction or card-scheme fee on top of the receipt amount (for example, a ₺799.99 receipt can appear as ₺805 on the card statement). That difference never reaches ToRun or Apple / Google — it is your card issuer's fee. The Apple / Google receipt remains the authoritative purchase amount; if the difference looks large or unexpected, ask your bank about international transaction fees for your card.
