Moments: photo and song videos
Last updated 5 Sep 2026What Moments are
Moments are Workshop templates that turn your photos into a short video with a song or a narration written for the occasion: an anniversary, a wedding invitation, a graduation, a holiday greeting, a bedtime story, a year in sixty seconds and more. You supply the photos and a few words; ToRun writes the lyrics, generates the song, and composes the video.
Running one
- Open Workshop and pick the Moments category, or start from the Moments strip on Home.
- Choose 3 to 12 photos. They play in the order you add them. Phone photos are straightened automatically.
- Fill in the form: who it is for, a few personal notes, the mood, the music style, the language the song is sung in, the length, and the format — vertical (9:16) for WhatsApp status, Reels and Shorts, square (1:1) for feeds, wide (16:9) for YouTube and TV.
- Check the estimated cost and run. A typical Moment finishes in about a minute.
The result appears in your Library as a video you can download, share, or publish as a page.
What the video contains
- An opening title card with the name or dedication you entered, in the language of the form.
- Your photos with a slow zoom and a soft crossfade, timed to the song.
- The song, sung in the language you chose, or an instrumental for templates such as the wedding invitation and the memorial tribute.
- A closing Made with ToRun card of one and a half seconds, in your language.
Removing the end card
The closing card can be switched off under Settings by anyone on a paid plan or with a funded wallet. The switch is visible to every account; on a free, unfunded account it is locked with the reason shown. Once on, it applies to every video you compose from then on, including retries.
Cost
A Moment bills the lyrics step, the song step and the video composition, each as its own line on your usage page. The template card shows the typical cost of recent runs; the form shows the estimate for your exact choices before you confirm.
Editing the workflow
Every Moment is an ordinary workflow. Open it in the editor to change the lyrics prompt, the music style, the length, the aspect ratio or the title, or to add steps — for example a human approval step before the song is generated.
