Venue AI assistant: ask a building by QR code

Malls, fairs, hospitals, campuses and public buildings can now put QR codes on their walls. Each code belongs to one spot, so directions start from where the visitor stands. There is no app and no account; a spoken question is turned into text and the answer arrives in writing, drawn only from the documents the venue uploads. Staff see what was asked, where and when, what was asked but not found, and fault reports that move up the chain if nobody picks them up.
