On a QR code's page, a guest can press Report a fault, pick a subject, describe it, and send. They don't give a name or a phone number. They can also simply tell the assistant in the chat, and it files the report for them. And if an answer is wrong, they can press Report wrong information under it.
Every new report reaches the venue's managers straight away, as a notification and an e-mail. If nobody acknowledges it in time, it goes up to the managers above.
Open Visitor reports, and press Acknowledge, so everyone knows that someone is on it. When it's fixed, press Resolved, and add a short note on what was done. Not a real problem? Dismiss it, with a note saying why.
Under Brand settings, Fault report categories, choose which subjects guests can pick, and add your own, like Coffee machine. You can also switch fault reports off completely. Venue panel training, from ToRun.
