Guests ask in whatever language they speak, and the answer comes back in that same language. Here is what you set up around that. Under Venues, Edit details, the visitor page language sets the language the page opens in. A guest whose browser is set to another language the page offers, sees it in theirs.
Names are different: the names of your places, floors and QR points, your assistant's name, quick questions and fault categories. Next to each one, open Other languages, and press Translate to the other languages. Check the suggestions, and save. Brand and shop names stay as they are.
Posters can carry two languages: choose the poster language and a second language, and add a greeting line in several languages. The Demand report shows which languages your guests actually use, so you know which translations to check first. Venue panel training, from ToRun.
