The Demand report shows what guests asked, where, when, and in which language. No guest is identified. Pick the period at the top: the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or your own dates. The summary shows the busiest QR points, the busiest hours, and the languages guests used.
Top questions groups the same question, asked in other words or another language, so you see what really matters to guests. Asked but not found is your to-do list: things guests looked for that you have no place or document for. If it's a place, like the luggage room, press Add as a place and mark it on the floor plan. If it's information, add it on the Content tab.
Also check how many questions were answered without a venue document. The information behind them is probably missing; add it on the Content tab. Prefer e-mail? Switch on the weekly report, and every Monday you get last week's most asked questions, and what guests couldn't find.
Add what's missing, ask the question yourself once, and next week, check that it's gone from the list. Venue panel training, from ToRun.
