Brand settings in the venue panel has a new Visitor limits tab. The head office sets how many questions one conversation may ask, and the venues under it use that value unless they set their own. An optional daily limit per device, off by default, stops a phone or computer that keeps asking; it uses no personal data and no IP address, and a question over the limit is refused before any AI call is made. The overview, the demand summary and the weekly report show how many visitors the daily limit stopped this month.
