A venue can now be a website or an app. Its assistant answers as that site's or app's help, with no floors, desks or directions and no advice to visit the site the visitor is already on. New venue types cover transport hubs, museums, bank branches, dealers, fuel stations and associations, and a visitor page opens in the venue's own language unless the visitor's browser asks for another.
