Every chat reply's outcome is now recorded, such as a reply cut at the time limit, an empty answer or a voice message that could not be heard. The team gets a daily summary with examples when something goes wrong, so problems are fixed before you need to report them. In your activity history, "Open in chat" now opens the chat the turn belongs to instead of an empty page.
