A one or two word question, or one typed without accents or with a typo, matched every passage of a venue's material weakly and got a generic answer. The assistant now reads the question the way the venue's own material writes it, restoring accents and fixing a clear spelling slip from the venue's own words, and a short follow-up borrows the topic of the question before it. Codes, numbers and names are never changed.
