A top-up pack was on sale on Android with no matching entry on our side, so the purchase went through, nothing arrived, and the store refunded it days later. Worse, accounts that hit this were being filed as suspected abuse and locked out for six hours. The missing row exists, a refused purchase keeps the store's own reason for it, and a real buyer is no longer treated as an attacker.
