The estimate shown before a run counted only the steps whose price was already known, so a run quoted at seven percent of a session budget could stop dead at the fourth step because one picture cost three times that — and the failure arrived as the wording of a spend question, in a place where nobody could answer it. Estimates now cover the models a run really uses. The birthday video was retuned at the same time, to two minutes and three stills, so it fits inside a Free session again.
