What's New in the Venue Assistant

The venue assistant answers visitors' questions in a building or on a website. These past weeks it became more precise, and the panel behind it easier to run.

For visitors and staff

• Only the venue's own information. The assistant answers from the venue's documents, instructions, places, hours and directions, and says plainly when something is not there.
• Answers on the floor plan. Directions can change floors, and the place it names can be shown on the plan.
• An easier panel. Opening hours are picked by day and time, QR points are placed straight on the plan, and documents have a visual editor.
• On your website. Embedded on a site, it follows the site's light or dark theme and greets website visitors as such.
