Each QR point is one printed code. When a guest scans it, the assistant knows where they are standing, so it can give directions from that spot. Press New QR point, then give it a name and an area, like Pool bar. The code itself is assigned automatically.
A new point can't give directions until it's on a floor plan. Press Place them, then click the spot on the plan where its code will hang. On the plan, set the point's facing direction too: the way a guest faces while reading the code. Then the assistant can say the spa is on your right.
To print, press Poster on the point's row. Pick a design, a size and the poster language; you can add a second language too. The poster carries your logo, the point's name, its example questions and a large code.
Download this one point, or all active points at once, as one PDF or a ZIP. Printing at a print shop? Tick the print-shop file, for bleed and crop marks.
Have a TV or a tablet in the lobby? On the Screens tab, add a screen, choose the codes it shows, and open its link on that device. The codes take turns, with your own images in between. Venue panel training, from ToRun.
