Your manager has invited you to your venue's panel. Here is how to sign in for the first time, and how to find your way around. Open the link in the e-mail and choose your own password. Nobody at your venue sees it or types it for you. If the link has expired, ask your manager to send a new one.
After you sign in, the panel opens on the Overview. At a glance, you see your subscription, the questions answered this period, this month's questions, and any open visitor reports.
Everything else is in the tabs along the top. Content holds the documents your assistant answers from. QR points are the codes on your walls. The demand report shows what visitors ask. Visitor reports collects the faults they report. And Staff is where colleagues are invited.
If your venue is still being set up, the Setup tab lists what is missing, and ticks off each step as it is done. The setup video on that tab shows you every step.
What you can change depends on your role. A venue manager runs the panel and the staff. A content editor keeps the content, the map and the points. A viewer only reads the reports. When you may look but not change, the screen tells you so.
Stuck on a screen? Press How it works at the top of it, and a short video shows you that screen. If you are still stuck, contact ToRun. Venue panel training, from ToRun.
