Your AI assistant answers only from the documents on the Content tab. So the better your documents, the better its answers. Press Upload documents and choose your files: PDFs, Word and Excel files, presentations, plain text, even a photo of a price list.

Each file waits a moment, is read, and then shows Ready, with the number of passages the assistant can search. If a file says Could not be read, press Process again, or upload a clearer copy.

No file at hand? Press New document and write the information yourself: a title, then the text, with headings and lists if you like. Save it, and the assistant answers from it once it is processed.

When something changes, open the document and press Edit. Saving adds your text as the new version and removes the old one. A PDF or Office file can't be edited here: Open as text makes an editable copy of it.

For a campaign or a seasonal menu, set Valid from and Valid until. Outside those days, the assistant leaves the document out of its answers, so you don't have to remember to remove it.

When a document is no longer true, remove it, and the assistant stops answering from it. Then press Try the assistant, and ask about it the way a guest would. Venue panel training, from ToRun.
