The Allowance tab shows how many questions were answered this period, how many remain, and when the counter resets. Only answered questions count against the allowance.
Past the warning line, it's time to talk about a larger package. If the allowance runs out, guests see a neutral page, until a larger package is added or the period rolls over.
Below, you see which points and which languages used the most questions this period. The Subscription tab shows your plan, its due date, and your limits. The plan and payments are handled by ToRun; you'll find how to reach us at the bottom of the page.
As the due date nears, the tab says Due soon. If a payment is late, the venue keeps answering for a grace period. After that, it closes to visitors until the payment is recorded, and guests see a neutral notice. Venue panel training, from ToRun.
