AI assistants for venues: scan a QR code, ask, get an answer
A visitor scans a QR code, asks a question in whatever language they write in, and gets an answer in seconds. There's no app and no sign-up. Answers come only from the venue's own material, directions start from where the code was scanned, and if the answer isn't there it says so instead of guessing. It never asks for personal data, and the venue's team sees what visitors asked and which answers were missing.

A visitor scans a QR code, asks a question, and gets an answer in seconds, in their own language. There's no app to install and nothing to sign up for. The code opens the venue's own page, with its most common questions ready to tap.
Visitors ask in whatever language they speak, and the answer comes back in that same language. Every answer comes only from the venue's own material: the documents, floor plans and instructions it uploads. Nothing comes from the open web. It gives directions too, step by step, starting from the point where the code was
scanned. And if the answer isn't in the material, it says so in one honest sentence, instead of guessing. It's anonymous by design.
It never asks for a name, a phone number or an email. The venue's team sees what visitors ask, which answers were missing, and any problems they reported, so the material keeps getting better. AI assistants for venues, on ToRun.
