How does BYOK affect my bill?
If your tenant has an active provider key (Tier A), the router uses it and you pay your provider directly. Tier C platform-key calls add a small routing fee on top of the underlying provider rate.
Can I see the exact cost per call?
Yes. Every AI call writes one BillingRecord with a full pricing snapshot. Invoices and exports tie out to the row.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades pro-rate immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you finish the cycle you paid for.
