Lip-sync a clip to a voice

A new card in the video studio: give it a clip of a talking face and a voice track, and it re-animates the mouth to match the words. There is no prompt, no duration and no resolution to choose — the output keeps the clip's own length, and that length is what it is billed by. Two engines are available at different per-second rates, so you can pick on price as well as on quality.
