Asking for a report as a document produced a single paragraph, because the file was built from a short description of the report instead of from the report itself. Files are made from the report now: headings, bullets and tables survive into Word, PDF, Markdown or HTML, and a spreadsheet pulls every table into its own sheet. You can also name the formats you want when you start, and they arrive attached to the mail.
