A venue assistant used to assume a building. Now it can be the help of a website or an app as well, and it understands the short questions people actually type.
What's new
- Website and app venues. Pick the website or app type and the assistant answers as that site's help: no floors, desks or directions, and no advice to visit the page the visitor is already on.
- More venue types. Transport hubs, museums, bank branches, dealers, fuel stations and associations each get answers that fit how people use them.
- Short and misspelled questions. A one-word question, or one typed without accents or with a typo, is read the way your own material writes it.
- Your language first. The visitor page opens in the venue's own language unless the visitor's browser asks for another.
Set the type in your venue panel's profile and try a few short questions.
