September was the month ToRun learned to answer for a building as well as for a person. A visitor can now scan a QR code on a wall and ask the venue itself, while everything people already used got easier to share, easier to talk to and easier to read. The highlights, in one place:

A building you can ask

  • The venue AI assistant launched on 23 September: QR codes around malls, fairs, hospitals, campuses and public buildings, each tied to one spot, answering only from the documents the venue provides.
  • In the last week of the month the venue panel grew up: several venues under one account, staff invited by e-mail, each customer on its own address, faults described in the chat turned into reports, and documents written and edited in the panel.

Sharing and gifts

  • Moments: a video from your photos and a song written for the occasion, ready to send as a gift.
  • Share links show a real preview in messaging apps and social networks, and a shared chat carries its photos and files.
  • Every workflow template has a public page with examples made from it, and a shared result shows the thing itself.

Voice

  • A new full-duplex voice engine: you can interrupt it the way you interrupt a person.
  • Show the assistant a picture or share a PDF in the middle of a call, and the chat microphone on the phone now dictates.

Workflows and runs

  • A run reads like a result: one progress bar, the outcome on top, the details folded away.
  • A human approval step fits after any workflow step, and Workshop cards show what a template's recent runs actually cost.
  • Type # in the chat for a ready-made prompt.

Fixes that mattered

  • Signing up with Google or Apple works, and creating an account now signs you in.
  • A refund really ends a subscription, and dashboards that overstated spending were recomputed from the billing records.
  • Restore from Trash works again, reporting content reaches us, and audio, video and documents upload where they were refused.
  • Our public pages render several times faster and hold up when a crawler floods them.
  • Our data processing agreement is published.

As always, the changelog is the full, dated list. This is the highlight reel.
