Most of what an AI product makes is for the person typing. A summary for you, a draft for you, an image for your slide. Moments starts from the other end: a person you want to reach, an occasion, and a phone full of photos you never did anything with.

You pick the photos — three to twelve work best — choose a mood and the language the song should be sung in, and say who it is for. ToRun writes short, singable lyrics from what you told it, sings them, and cuts the photos to the song with a slow zoom and a soft crossfade, opening on a title card with the name. Vertical for a WhatsApp status or a Reel, square for a feed, wide for a television. A minute later there is a video that did not exist before, and a link that opens for anyone you send it to.

Twenty occasions to start

The first set is the calendar of a family: an anniversary slideshow, a wedding invitation with the date on the opening card, a proposal serenade sung with their name, a good-natured roast read by a voice over the photos, a baby announcement, a graduation anthem, a holiday greeting for Eid or New Year or Christmas, a pet's birthday, a bedtime story with four illustrated scenes, and your year in sixty seconds. The second set followed a day later: Mother's Day and Father's Day, a retirement tribute, a memorial with a quiet instrumental, a new home, the first day of school, a travel recap, a thank-you for a teacher, an engagement announcement and a get-well-soon card that sings.

Each one is a workflow you can open and change. The lyrics prompt is a text step; the song is a music step; the slideshow is the same composite step every video in ToRun uses. If you want the song longer, the tone funnier or the video wide instead of tall, those are fields on the form, not a rebuild.

The card at the end

Every photo video closes on a one-and-a-half-second card — "Made with ToRun" in your language — over the last beat of the song. It is how the next person finds out where the video came from. It is also removable: anyone on a paid plan, or with money in the wallet, can turn it off under Settings and it stays off for every video they make.

What it costs

A typical Moment — six photos, one sung song, one composite — costs a fraction of a dollar, and the form shows the estimate before you run it. The estimate now comes from what recent runs of that template actually cost, not from a formula, so the number you see is the number you pay.
