Much of what guests ask is already on your website. On the Sources tab, you enter its address once. The assistant reads it every night and keeps its answers up to date by itself.
Switch on Read these addresses every day. Then add your addresses: your website's home page, a sitemap, a news feed, or an event calendar.
Pages about one person, like staff profiles, are left out. Under When a change is found, choose Ask me first if you want to check every change before the assistant uses it. Then save.
After each read, the History tab shows what was added, updated, or removed. With Ask me first, nothing is used until you press Approve all.
Changed something on your website today? Press Read now, instead of waiting for the night. Days with different hours go under Brand settings, Hours and special days. Add a public holiday from the suggestions. It's added as closed; if you're open that day, set the hours. Venue panel training, from ToRun.
