Cookie Policy

Version 1.0 Effective 18 May 2026 Last updated 2 Jul 2026 EN

Effective from 18 May 2026 - Version 1.0

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit ToRun. They allow us to remember authentication state, preferences (theme, language, time zone) and to measure traffic patterns. We also use related technologies (local storage, session storage, web beacons).

2. Categories We Use

  • Strictly necessary - sign-in session, CSRF protection, fraud prevention. Cannot be disabled.
  • Functional - language preference, theme, dashboard layout. You can clear these at any time.
  • Analytics - aggregated traffic measurement via a privacy-respecting provider (no advertising IDs). Anonymized after 14 days.
  • No advertising cookies - ToRun does not set third-party advertising cookies.

3. Third-Party Components

A small number of third-party scripts run on signed-in pages (payment processing via Lemon Squeezy for checkout flows, captcha for abuse prevention, error monitoring). Their cookie usage is governed by their own policies and is limited to the page where they appear.

4. Your Choices

You can clear cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent further use of the platform. Disabling analytics cookies has no functional impact. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where supported.

5. Changes

We update this policy when our cookie usage materially changes. We keep historic versions on /legal/cookie-policy/archive for reference.
