What this forum is for

We have organized things into a few main areas:

• Getting Started — onboarding questions, account setup, first chat, connecting a provider key
• Billing and Plans — wallet top-ups, subscription allowances, billing records, understanding your usage ledger
• Features and How-To — deeper dives broken into sub-areas: AI Models and routing, Authoring and Workflows, and Personas
• Troubleshooting — something is broken or behaving unexpectedly; bring it here
• Feature Requests — ideas, suggestions, and priority votes

A few guidelines

• Be specific. Vague bug reports take longer to resolve. If something went wrong, include your trace ID (visible on any error screen and in your billing record) so the team can pull the right logs.
• Search before posting. The same question often already has an answer.
• Be kind. Everyone here is figuring things out. Experienced users helping newcomers is what makes a forum actually useful.

We read every thread. The team will tag answers as accepted when a solution is confirmed so the thread stays useful for everyone who finds it later.
