Day-to-day usage across ToRun now displays in Runs — one human-scale unit for chat, media, workflows, and the assistant.
What changed
- The chat badge and per-message strip show each exchange's cost in Runs.
- Plan pages and the billing overview show allowances and consumption in Runs.
- Media, workflows, and assistant usage report in the same unit — no more converting between tokens, seconds, and images in your head.
What did not change
The ledger. Every call still writes a complete billing record with the provider rate, the pricing unit, and the full breakdown in real money. Runs are a readability layer on top of exact accounting — click any Runs figure to see the precise cost behind it.
Why
Raw token prices are honest but unreadable at a glance. One unit makes "how much do I have left" and "what did that cost" answerable in a second, while the audit trail underneath stays exact.
If a number anywhere looks wrong or confusing under the new display, post it here with a screenshot — display bugs get fixed fast.
