The venue panel's demand report and visitor reports, the weekly report and visitor-report e-mails, and the CSV and Excel exports of questions now end with one line: the venue is the data controller and ToRun is the data processor, with a link to the Data Processing Agreement. The agreement now states that what visitors send to a venue AI assistant, with the point and time it came from, is personal data processed on the venue's behalf. On a venue's visitor page, the Privacy link now opens a page that explains what is recorded and who controls it.
