OpenAI switches off GPT Image 1 Mini, GPT Image 1.5 and ChatGPT Image (Latest) on 1 December 2026. They are no longer in the model lists, and Auto no longer chooses them. When one of them is still saved in a setting or named in a request, the image is made with its successor: GPT Image 2.5 Flare for GPT Image 1 Mini, and GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst for the other two. There is nothing you need to do.
