Voice calls and live translation move to Gemini 3.8 Live

Google is retiring the Gemini 3.1 Live preview that ran our default voice calls and live translation, so both now run on Gemini 3.8 Live, and a voice model remembered on your device moves to the new one by itself. The first spoken answer can come about a second later, because the new model thinks before it speaks. When a call or a translation fails, you now get one plain sentence in your language instead of the provider's English message.
