Venue names in the visitor's language

Places, QR points, floor plans and the venue itself can now carry a name per language, so a visitor reading in another language sees those names in directions and on the page, while the written name stays in the venue's own language. A Translate to the other languages button on the panel fills only the empty cells, as a suggestion staff check before saving. A venue that changes its main language keeps its names, and the QR poster prints in the venue's language.
