Voice messages nobody could hear, and place searches on the map

If a voice message comes through silent or empty, the chat now tells you it could not hear anything instead of sending it on, and you are not charged for it. Asking for a place, such as a restaurant nearby, now uses the map tool with addresses and ratings, and the assistant asks which area you mean when it does not know.
