In the venue panel, the “How it works” button now sits on many more screens, such as documents, your website, QR points, the demand report, visitor reports, staff and the allowance. It opens a short narrated training video for the task on that screen, with captions and chapters. The videos are narrated in English and Turkish, and in other languages the English one plays. On torun.ai, a new setup guide at torun.ai/venues/setup-guide walks through setting up a venue's AI assistant step by step, with the training video for each step next to it. Each kind of venue, such as hotels and resorts, hospitals, campuses and shopping malls, has its own guide with examples of what to upload, where to put the codes and what visitors ask most. A video shows its cover and plays only when you press it.
