Long tasks are no longer cut off at five minutes

A chat reply that needed more than five minutes, such as a large canvas or document written in one go, was stopped at exactly five minutes and shown as a network error. A reply now ends only when it stops making progress, with an upper limit of ten minutes, or twenty for canvases and documents. While a long canvas is written you see how far it has got, a reply the platform had to stop says so, and one that delivered nothing is not charged.
