Fault reports that fit your venue

Each venue now decides which fault categories its visitors see and in what order, and can add its own, translated with the same one-click button as quick questions. A new venue starts from a list that suits its type, so a café is no longer offered an escalator, and fault reports can be switched off entirely. Reports keep the category name they were sent with, even if it is renamed or removed later.
