Chat replies end with an answer, and files arrive as files

When the assistant works through several steps, such as reading a canvas or searching the web, the reply now ends with a written answer instead of a bare "tool actions completed" line. Ask for a PDF or another file and you get the file, without a confirmation question first. A step that fails is named in your language, and a reply we absorb shows 0 Runs, matching your bill.
