Asked before your wallet pays, in voice messages and the translator

When your session budget runs out, a voice message or a translation that would be paid from your wallet now asks you first, on web and mobile. Approve once and you carry on; decline and you are told plainly that nothing was charged. Before, the question appeared as an error you could not answer, a voice message read as unheard, and the translator simply stopped.
