A stale workspace no longer locks you out

If your browser was still holding a reference to a workspace that no longer exists, every page answered with a bare "Tenant not found!" and there was nothing on it to click. The reference now clears itself: the page explains what happened, drops the stale copy everywhere it is kept, and retries without it, so you land on the sign-in screen instead of a dead end. The app does the same with its own copy.
