A refused video is explained, not billed
Some video models decline to animate a recognisable real face. That refusal used to surface as a raw vendor error after a second attempt had already been made. Now it is recognised immediately, phrased in your language, and not charged for — and the studio warns you before the render on the models that have this rule. Every other kind of provider failure gets a proper sentence too, instead of a log line.
