Since the 11th of August the link in the sign-up confirmation mail answered “not found” for everyone who clicked it, and because confirmation is required to sign in, those accounts could not be used at all. It was looking for the account in the wrong place. Fixed on the server as well as in the page, so links already sitting in inboxes work, and the 26 accounts stranded by it were sent a fresh one.
