Say "mail this to me" and it arrives in your inbox, with files made earlier in the conversation attached. It can only ever send to your own address — there is no recipient to get wrong. If your address is not confirmed yet, the assistant says so, offers the confirmation link, and sends the mail once you are done. Limited to a few messages an hour, with large files delivered as download links.
