"How much do I have left?" should not require a spreadsheet. Usage on ToRun now reads in Runs — a single, human-scale unit across everything you do.

What changed

  • The chat badge and the per-message strip show the cost of each exchange in Runs.
  • Your plan page and billing overview show allowances and consumption in Runs.
  • Media generation, workflows, and assistant usage all report in the same unit — no mental currency conversion between "tokens", "seconds", and "images".

What did not change

The underlying ledger. Every call still writes a full billing record with the provider price, the unit, and the breakdown — in real money. Runs are a display layer on top of exact accounting, not a replacement for it. Click any Runs figure and the precise cost is right there.

Why a unit at all

Because the honest alternative — showing raw provider token prices everywhere — is honest but unreadable. A single unit lets you compare a chat message against an image against a workflow step at a glance, while the audit trail stays exact underneath.

You will see Runs across the web and mobile apps now. The ledger, as always, has the receipts.
