What shipped today

Phase 1 of ToRun is now live. After eighteen months of platform work, we have flipped the switch on the capability-first orchestration model the team has been describing in roadmap calls all year.

What is in the box

• Chat across 16 product surfaces and 17 capabilities — text, vision, tools, structured output, code execution, image generation, audio in, audio out, video gen, embeddings, reranking, search, reasoning, batch, fine-tuning and realtime — each routed through a single mode → capability → model pipeline.
• BYOK vault with three-tier billing (KatmanA/B/C) so heavy users can route their own API spend while still benefitting from platform features.
• Real-time billing ledger: every AI call produces exactly one BillingRecord with a frozen pricing snapshot, so audits stay correct even after providers change rates.
• Persona module skeleton: subscriptions, tips, brand-deals and disclosure entities are seeded and ready for the creator beta in Phase 2.
• Marketplace foundations for workflow listings with revenue share up to 75% for Partner-tier creators.

What is intentionally not in the box yet

Council voting, DeepResearch citations, live streaming with chat overlays, and the bouncyad.com consumer surface all ship in Phase 2. We chose to land the price-and-billing primitives first because every later feature depends on them being honest.
