Phase 1 of ToRun is now live. After eighteen months of platform work, we have flipped the switch on the capability-first orchestration model the team has been describing in roadmap calls all year.
What is in the box
- Chat across 16 product surfaces and 17 capabilities — text, vision, tools, structured output, code execution, image generation, audio in, audio out, video gen, embeddings, reranking, search, reasoning, batch, fine-tuning and realtime — each routed through a single mode → capability → model pipeline.
- BYOK vault with three-tier billing (KatmanA/B/C) so heavy users can route their own API spend while still benefitting from platform features.
- Real-time billing ledger: every AI call produces exactly one BillingRecord with a frozen pricing snapshot, so audits stay correct even after providers change rates.
