Workflows & Marketplace

workflow

Build AI automations by dragging boxes, not writing code - then sell them to the world or buy ready-made ones from creators.

Automation that anyone can build

Most automation tools force a choice: drag-and-drop builders that can't do real AI work, or code that only engineers can touch. ToRun Workflows give you both - a visual canvas where you connect simple building blocks into powerful AI pipelines, with no code required.

Drop in a block to call an AI model, another to fetch data from an API, a third to branch on the result, and a fourth to publish the output to Slack. Connect them, hit run, and watch your idea execute.

From idea to automation, without writing code

Workflows are built from ready-made building blocks you snap onto a canvas - each one a step in a directed graph. The vocabulary covers everything a real automation needs:

  • AI model calls - run any capability (text, image, research, a tool call) as a step, with capability-first routing choosing the model.
  • Tool & API requests - call your own tools, or hit any external HTTP API to pull data in.
  • Branches - take different paths based on a condition or a model's output.
  • Loops - iterate over a list, processing each item in turn.
  • Parallel fan-out - run several steps at once and merge the results.
  • Approval gates - pause and wait for a human to say yes before anything important happens.
  • Sub-workflows - reuse a smaller workflow inside a bigger one, so you build once and compose.
  • Publish steps - deliver the finished output to Slack, a webhook, or your knowledge base.

It's the flexibility of code with the ease of a flowchart.

See exactly what happens, step by step

Every workflow draws itself as a live diagram. As it runs, each step lights up with its own status - running, succeeded, failed, timed out - and you can hover any block to see its configuration, its result, how long it took, and what it cost. No black boxes. No surprise bills. Just a clear, honest picture of every automation you build.

Each step also carries production-grade guardrails: a timeout so a stuck call can't hang forever, a budget so a runaway loop can't drain your wallet, and an error policy that decides whether a failure stops the run, retries, or routes down an alternate path. The graph is validated before it ever runs, so structural mistakes are caught at build time, not in production.

Sell what you build. Buy what you need.

When a workflow earns its keep, publish it to the Marketplace as a listing and set your price. Other people run it, and you earn a revenue share on every sale. Need something fast instead? Browse workflows other creators have already built, buy one, and run it in minutes.

Every listing goes through a clear review process before it goes live - a defined state machine, not a coin flip - and your work keeps a full version history, so improving a published workflow never breaks the version someone already bought. Listings can show examples and before/after results, offer a trial so buyers can try before they commit, and apply coupons or featured placement. When a sale happens, royalty rules split the revenue automatically, and the payout lands in your wallet on a regular schedule.

Runs on your schedule - or on a signal

Trigger a workflow by hand, on a timer ("every six hours"), or from an incoming webhook so another system can kick it off the instant something happens. Pause a run for human approval before anything important happens, retry steps that fail, and roll back reversible actions within 24 hours if something isn't right. Quotas and entitlements are tracked per user, so you always know how much headroom a plan gives you before a run starts.

Everything you need to build, run, and sell

  • Drag-and-drop, no code bi-grid-1x2 - snap together 14 ready-made blocks - AI model calls, tools, API requests, branches, loops, parallel fan-out, approval gates and more. If you can sketch a flowchart, you can build it.
  • Watch it run, live bi-diagram-3 - your workflow draws itself as a diagram that updates as it executes. A hover reveals each step's settings, output, duration and cost.
  • Production guardrails bi-shield-check - per-step timeout, budget cap, and error policy, with the graph validated before it runs - so failures are contained, not catastrophic.
  • Cost on every step bi-cash-coin - see the exact price of each run, broken down by step - models, tokens and compute itemized. No estimates, no hidden fees.
  • Sell on the Marketplace bi-shop - publish a workflow, set your price, offer a trial, and earn a revenue share every time someone buys it. Version history keeps published workflows stable while you keep improving them.
  • Buy ready-made bi-bag-check - skip the build. Browse workflows other creators have published, try one on a trial, buy it, and run it in minutes.
  • Triggers, approvals & rollback bi-clock-history - run on a schedule, on an incoming webhook, or by hand. Pause for human approval before sensitive steps, retry failures automatically, and undo reversible actions within 24 hours.

Built for serious automation: 14 building blocks · 15 ready-made recipes · 24h rollback window · 100% cost shown per step.
