What lands in Phase 2

We are not announcing dates — the pricing/billing primitives in Phase 1 took eighteen months because we refused to ship them dishonest — but Phase 2 is in active build, and these are the pillars.

Council

A Council is a multi-model deliberation: the same prompt fans out to several models, each one drafts a response, and an adjudicator model picks the strongest answer with citations to which participant contributed which insight. Useful for code review, research synthesis, and complex policy questions.

DeepResearch with citations

Today's chat with web search is opaque — you get a summary, you trust the link list. DeepResearch lifts that into a structured session: every claim in the final answer carries a citation back to the specific snippet from the specific source. Sources get a confidence score, and the session is exportable.

Workflow Marketplace launch

The marketplace foundations are in Phase 1; the public listing flow ships in Phase 2. Creators on the Pro plan onwards can publish their workflows with revenue share from 55% (Pro) to 75% (Partner). Listings get a review-state machine, royalty rules, and trial policies.

Ad Exchange consumer surface

bouncyad.com is our keyword stock exchange (Vickrey second-price, spot/reserve/futures markets). ToRun is the consumer side: surfaces declare they want to host an ad, the exchange matches an auction winner, and the revenue split flows: 35% platform, 30% surface creator, 10% host user, 15% advertiser rebate, 10% model cost fund.

What about Phase 3

Persona live streams with chat overlays, an InAppAssistant skill marketplace, and Council-as-a-tool in workflows. We'll write that post when Phase 2 ships.
